Is ProdaraOS priced per user?
No. One flat monthly fee for your whole site, from £350. Unlimited users and every module included. Your price reflects how much your system uses on the server, not how many people use it. Every member of your team, plus your external auditor, gets their own account at no extra cost, so taking on office or management staff never increases the price.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. The subscription is rolling monthly with no minimum term. Your first month is free, and either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
How quickly can we go live?
Weeks, not months. There is no eighteen-month programme and no army of consultants, we build your customised system in six clear steps, and you populate your ingredients, packaging and recipes at your own pace using a simple Excel template.
Do the floor apps need special hardware?
No. All seven companion apps are progressive web apps that run in the browser on any tablet or terminal you already own. There is no app store to manage and no specialist equipment to buy.
Where is our data stored?
Every customer gets an isolated, UK-hosted database. Your data is never pooled with anyone else’s, it stays on UK soil, and the platform is GDPR compliant with full audit logging throughout.
What if my team needs training?
A short training session is available if you would like one, but most teams find they do not need it. Larry, the built-in assistant, guides new starters through every task step by step, on every screen, from day one.
